ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2016 and have since grown to a team of 15 across two office locations. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I gained firsthand experience working as an agency team member, which gave me a strong foundation for eventually building and leading a team of my own. Outside of the office, I’ve been married for 12 years, have three kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors - especially hunting, golfing, and fishing. Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Boys & Girls Club Board and stay actively involved with our local high school and community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Zach Plackemeier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
