ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before joining State Farm, I worked in a variety of roles, including at Commerce Bank and Baker Pool & Spa. I originally wanted to become a claims representative, but that opportunity led me to State Farm and eventually agency ownership.

I'm a lifelong St. Louis resident who enjoys spending time with my family and staying active outdoors. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency is involved with the North County Chamber of Commerce and supports local pet rescue organizations. We enjoy building relationships both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Ben Weeks - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
