Lead Clinical Supervisor
Downtown Emergency Service Center
Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) seeks a Lead Clinical Supervisor to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed care to adults experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders. In this mission-driven, equity-focused role, you will provide clinical supervision, ensure high-quality, client-centered services, support staff development, and uphold regulatory and documentation standards. The Lead Clinical Supervisor collaborates across programs to strengthen integrated healthcare and housing interventions and plays a key role in quality improvement, staff training, and promoting DESC’s values of compassion, inclusion, and innovation.
