What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal procedures
• Support families through education and care transitions
• Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based practices
• Contribute as a vital team member with potential leadership roles
• Support pediatric subspecialty consultations including surgery, cardiology, and neurology

What You Need

• Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• Preferably 2+ years of NNP experience, but open to new graduates
• Strong clinical skills and teamwork-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a high-acuity environment and handle high-risk cases
