Position Summary

We are looking for Concrete Finishers with up to 2 years of solid experience to join our team. The right candidate should be comfortable working on commercial concrete projects and willing to continue learning and growing in the trade.

Our crews work on:

• Commercial slabs
• Sidewalks
• Curbs & gutter
• Combo curb
• Foundations
• Footings
• Structural concrete
• Site concrete and flatwork

We're looking for people who take pride in quality work, understand finishing techniques, and know how to work safely and efficiently with a crew.

What You'll Be Doing

• Finish concrete slabs, sidewalks, curbs, combo curb, walls, and foundations
• Use hand and power finishing tools
• Check grade and finish quality
• Assist with concrete placement and screeding
• Edge, joint, float, broom, and trowel concrete surfaces
• Work safely with the crew to keep production moving
• Help maintain a clean and organized jobsite

What We're Looking For

• Up to 2 years of concrete finishing experience
• Commercial concrete experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Valid driver's license preferred
