Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Qualified candidates should hold a valid RN license. BLS certification from AHA is required. This position involves on-call responsibilities: one weekend every 6-8 weeks and one weeknight call per week. Holiday on-call duties are required as needed. Experience in kidney transplants is essential. The role includes various pediatric surgical procedures and requires knowledge of advanced nursing practices in a surgical environment. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in multiple surgical techniques and be familiar with the required equipment. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing specialized care to pediatric patients. Timely and effective communication with team members and caregivers is critical in this role. Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
