• Board Certified in Neonatology (not accepting board eligible) – [REQUIRED]
• MD or DO degree – [REQUIRED]
• Virginia Medical License (or willingness to obtain) – [REQUIRED]
• Leadership experience in NICU or clinical program development – [REQUIRED]
• Neonatology experience – [REQUIRED] (experienced candidates only)
