What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical care in a high-acuity Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with approximately 625 annual admissions
• Lead the neonatal program as Practice Medical Director, overseeing clinical operations and provider performance
• Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical innovation initiatives
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, academic partners, and multidisciplinary teams including maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric surgery
• Participate in teaching, research, and scholarly activities with medical students, residents, and fellows
• Mentor residents and colleagues in quality improvement and research projects
• Utilize advanced neonatal therapies, including high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified MD/DO in Pediatrics or Neonatology (BC Board Certified, not eligible candidates will not be considered)
• Residency training in Neonatology
• Prior neonatal ICU experience preferred
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills

Preferred:

• Experience in clinical program development and academic collaboration
• Board eligible candidates will not be considered; only Board Certified applicants
