Junior Labor & Employment Associate

Overview The firm's Labor & Employment group comprises over 150 attorneys firmwide, and advises employers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups across all aspects of employment and business-to-business disputes and litigation, investigations, advice and counseling, international employment and mobility, corporate diligence, and drafting employment and restrictive covenant agreements. Candidates should possess employment, commercial, and/or other complex litigation experience. The role requires excellent writing and researching skills, knowledge of court filing procedures, and the ability to conduct complex fact investigation and analysis while prioritizing multiple assignments. Federal clerkship experience is considered a plus. This is an in-office position; remote roles are not being considered at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sheppard
