You are good with people, comfortable collaborating with a team, and enjoy direct client interaction. You have: Knowledge of the electrical industry with a deep understanding of materials, labor costs, and project management. A steady work history (3 years across multiple jobs) with a pleasant disposition and high EQ. Project Analysis: Conduct site visits and work with architects, designers, subcontractors and clients to understand project requirements and specs. Learn to use software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, McCormick Systems, Dtools. Scope of Work: Document and create project proposals and change orders. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, PMs, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle to communicate estimates and budget updates. Sales Coordination: Scheduling, proposal creation/tracking, project folders, CRM status, follow-up. What Makes You Successful Strong knowledge of electrical (NEC), construction, and cost analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong understanding of project timelines, customer communication, and bidding process.
