Job Description
Personal Insurance Account Manager **LIMITED REMOTE TO RESIDENTS OF MASSACHUSETTS CONNECTICUT & RHODE ISLAND. DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE**
Established agency seeking an outgoing personable individual to provide timely quotes recognize cross selling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting .
- Experience maintaining client relationships .
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates .
- Ability to handle new and renewal submission .
- Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies .
- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems .
- Overall account management .
Requirements:
- Proven customer service and sales skills .
- Excellent organizational skills .
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties .
- Must hold Property & Casualty License .
