Commercial Insurance Account Manager Position DescriptionThis is a fully and permanently remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere on the East Coast but must have a New York State Property and Casualty License and be familiar with the down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace.Regional brokerage / insurance agency looking for an experienced commercial account manager. They provide a full range of insurance coverage and benefits programs offered by more than 30 national carriers.Responsibilities:Increasing current coverage or adding new coverage to the firm's existing book of business.Marketing new and renewal businessPositive consistent interaction with clients and marketsPrepare renewal and new business applications & proposalsIdentify exposure and recommend appropriate solutionsRemarket existing business and negotiate with underwritersProvide day to day client serviceQualifications:Must have a minimum of 5 years insurance brokerage experience to be considered for this positionExperience servicing commercial clients and knowledge of commercial marketsCapable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a team environmentCurrent NYS Property and Casualty licenseAMS 360 Software knowledge / experience is requiredCompensation:Base salary up to $95,000 – commensurate with relevant skill set and experience.
