About the role We're looking for a Brow Artist to join our team at Bernice Brow Artistry! We're looking for someone with strong work ethics, who genuinely loves brows and beauty, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and takes pride in creating beautiful, natural looking work. Key responsibilities Performing semi permanent brow services like Nano Brows (with strokes) Conducting consultations and designing brows according to each client's facial features, existing brows and preferences Providing professional recommendations and aftercare advice Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety Photographing and documenting your work Providing a warm and thoughtful customer experience Continuously developing your technique and artistry About you Proficiency in Nano Brows / Nano Hairstrokes is required Strong brow shaping and design skills A good eye for facial proportions, symmetry and detail Meticulous and confident with fine, precise work Warm, energetic and personable Well groomed and presentable Comfortable communicating and building rapport with customers Responsible, professional and able to work independently Open to feedback and continuously improving your craft About us Bernice Brow Artistry is a boutique semi permanent makeup studio in Orchard Road, trusted by a loyal clientele that includes entrepreneurs, industry leaders, socialites and celebrities .
