Recruiter

Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for a Recruiter . Our client is looking for someone with strong full-cycle recruiting experience, a background supporting manufacturing environments, and excellent relationship-building skills. This individual will manage high-volume recruiting efforts while partnering closely with HR and hiring leaders to attract and hire talent across production and professional positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate identification and screening through interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities. Lead high-volume recruiting efforts with a primary focus on production and manufacturing positions. Recruit for professional and skilled technical positions as business needs arise. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and other creative recruiting channels. Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process. Prepare and extend employment offers while supporting candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and anticipated hiring needs. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system. Represent the organization professionally throughout the candidate experience and help strengthen the company's employment brand. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with the broader HR team on recruiting initiatives and additional HR projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

3+ years of recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment required. Strong full-cycle recruiting experience required. Experience supporting high-volume production or hourly manufacturing recruiting strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience recruiting professional and skilled technical positions is a plus. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to develop creative approaches for attracting candidates in competitive talent markets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative, personable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach. Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently move searches through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
