Position Summary Under the direction of the Versiti Director, HR Services ensures delivery and alignment of HR Services to support achievement of business objectives. This position is responsible to ensures alignment of HR policies and practices related to talent acquisition/recruitment. Proactively assesses and coordinates talent acquisition/recruitment programs in compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as federal and state governing bodies and seeks integrated solutions which deliver value added service. Works closely with HR Business Partners and management to ensure workforce alignment with business need. Total Rewards Package Compensation The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Responsibilities Consults with HR Business Partners and management to create appropriate recruitment planning models and to ensure ongoing alignment with workforce needs while filling open positions based on employment requisitions; to ensure that staffing requirements are maintained within budget guidelines and according to federal and state regulations, and HR policies/Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) guidelines; and to ensure that the best applicant match for the position is hired. Responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring an adequate and diverse applicant pool of qualified applicants through advertising, career fairs, community event, tours, in compliance with applicable employment laws. Coordinates the selection, validation, and implementation of appropriate testing. Ensures checklists and/or tests are conducted consistently and appropriately with all applicants for the specified positions, and that the results are interpreted in accordance with AAP guidelines.
