Our sister Company CompleteStaff is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Sales/Staffing Recruiter/Hiring Professional to join our West Allis team. Responsibilities Managing existing business from current customers and developing new business Generate sales leads and opportunities, as well as following up on leads to qualify prospects and convert prospects into customer Provides timely reports and information as required by management Daily managing of branch office, the recruiters and job orders Setting goals for each office and carrying out set goals Recruitment of employees Internal operations Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Outside/inside sales experience; possess good negotiation and follow-up skills Manage office Self-starter with drive and initiative and work with little supervision Recruit employees as needed Knowledge of manufacturing and staffing industry Possess a working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs Working Conditions Working environment involves managing the sales office location. Travel will vary depending on the branch. This position requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable vehicle. The employee must be able to meet the travel requirements of the job. Generous base salary plus commissions and mileage reimbursement. We provide employee-paid health, dental, vision, life insurance and more. We provide a company cell phone. We provide the back-office functions such as payroll, invoicing, collections, bookkeeping and accounting. Position salary plus commissions and bonuses.
