Join our dynamic team as a Hybrid Recruiter and play a vital role during a high-volume hiring season, supporting our client, which is a Fortune 500 company and leader in financial services. This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ). You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to organizational growth, and gain valuable talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain candidate pipelines Review, screen, and contact candidates within the ATS Provide a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruiting environment Conduct phone screens and extend offers Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process Accurately document and track all recruiting activities in the ATS Attend required training sessions and implement guidance from mentors and team leads Collaborate effectively with recruiters and cross-functional teams Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously Required skills A minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conducting outbound calls, are essential Demonstrated technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively utilize multiple platforms concurrently Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Candidates should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience and strong technology skills RPO or corporate recruiting background a plus Be willing to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6PM depending on your time zone What we offer At Talent Solutions, part of ManpowerGroup, we empower people to unlock their potential at every stage of their career.
