SAP Payroll with GlobalView Payroll DT Integrations Lead Remote with 525% traveling Summary of Role: This implementation role will support the deployment of our new USA payroll software (ADP GlobalView). You will work with varying teams including Business Units, Vendors and Implementation partners to help design, build, and test our new payroll solution using ADP GlobalView (on SAP). The person is a U.S. payroll technical SME, helping drive transformation, automation, and continuous improvement for GlobalViews U.S. payroll business processes. The GlobalView Payroll DT Integrations Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of integrations connected to ADP GlobalView and related global HR/payroll ecosystems. This role serves as the technical lead for payroll data interfaces between HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and third-party systems while ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable end-to-end data flow. Partnering closely with Payroll Operations, HRIS, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payroll integration solutions across multiple business units. Responsibilities: Supporting key production payroll systems: USA Payroll ADP GlobalView Lead end-to-end payroll integration initiatives supporting GlobalView USA implementation and transformation. Serve as the primary technical lead for inbound and outbound payroll interfaces. Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices for payroll data exchanges. Coordinate integration activities across DT, Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors. Collaborate with vendors and business partners during project deliverables. Implement solutions using ADPs implementation methodology GlobalView product. Attend blueprinting workshops to gather business requirements. Own gaps or mismatches between RTX needs and ADPs GV template, helping to escalate & resolve. Perform Quality Assurance on blueprints and configurations. Manage risk at the project level. Status reporting to project manager / team lead. Technical & Reporting Activities: Develop and maintain integration specifications, mapping documents, and technical documentation. Analyze payroll interface requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Support file transfers and middleware integration activities. Utilize tools such as: o GlobalView Reporting (SpinifexIT Reporting) o SAP HCM tools / configuration o SFTP/MFT o ETL utilities and data migration methodologies Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot complex payroll data and interface issues across environments. Ensure secure handling of sensitive payroll and employee data. Experience/Qualifications: 10 years of experience Strong SAP Payroll experience / familiarity with GlobalView processes and methodology Payroll DT systems APIs HRIS integrations Global payroll operations Blueprinting / design experience Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people Strong Time management and self-motivation skills Self-starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker Experience with large projects, including payroll harmonization or transformation projects Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables Should have good knowledge of project life cycle Willingness to travel 525%bfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
