BAYADA OTA – Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, Clinic Location: East Rutherford, New Jersey (North Bergen, NJ) Job Type: Full-time, Exempt leadership role Job Overview The role involves overseeing clinical quality, supporting field clinicians, and ensuring patients and families receive high standard hospice care. The RN Manager will provide clinical leadership, support patient care planning, and collaborate with key hospital staff. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership for a team of hospice nurses, aides, and other caregivers Oversee patient care planning, case conferences, and documentation Support clinicians with coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving in the field Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, hospice regulations, and best practices Collaborate closely with the Hospice Director, Medical Director, and IDG team Help drive a positive, supportive team culture that reflects The BAYADA Way Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice Minimum 2 years of hospice, home health, or related clinical experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred) Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions that guide patient care Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with flexibility based on client and team needs. Includes participation in an on-call rotation as needed. Primarily office-based in North Bergen, NJ, with routine field visits for supervision, support, and quality oversight.
