Description: You will be the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Finance team. Our team provides rigorous financial analysis, planning, and earned‑value management to support high‑impact defense development programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager you will lead a finance team that supports program decisions through analysis of orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and value‑based management implementation. Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow. Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for development programs. Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives. Experience with orders, sales, EBIT, and cash forecasting. Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Aptitude for facilitating results, self‑starter attitude, process orientation, and structured problem solving. Interest in technical detail. Microsoft Office suite skills, especially Excel PivotTables, Word, and PowerPoint. Desired Skills Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms. Knowledge of OSEC rhythm. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration. Experience managing subordinates and practicing leadership in an L‑coded position. Basic AI knowledge and utilization. Dashboard visualization, creation, and utilization. Experience working on full Earned Value Management defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis. Experience with SAP, COBRA, and Oracle. Location & Eligibility This position is in Dallas, Texas. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The facility requires special access. Clearance Level: None. Work Schedule Part‑time remote telework: The employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
