Product Manager

Location: New York City / NJ or Wilmington, DE (Work from NY City office or Wilmington, DE office) Role Summary In this role, you will be involved in end-to-end product management and seamless execution on client projects by collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will get an opportunity to derive insights from large complex datasets and impact business decisions through data‑based findings and product implementations. Responsibilities Engage with senior management and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in the clients portfolio Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of business decisions Independently address complex problems and suggest product process flows that will enhance customer experience on credit card Comfortable working with and defining product/process flows, customer journey map, creating and testing user stories, large datasets, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro‑actively working with client's data/ IT teams to resolve issues Build robust strategies that positively impact the revenue and reduce losses for clients business Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data/process flows Lead product/process flow enhancements leveraging Agile/product development concepts Leverage graphs, infographics, dashboards to visualize product enhancements Distill highly technical information into concise business presentations Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Engineering or Analytics related field 5+ years of experience in banking operations and credit card, preferably in fraud, disputes, collections operations domain 5+ years of product management experience in banking domain eg: implementation of new features or feature enhancement to banking wallet/app Hands‑on experience with SAS/Hadoop Hive, SQL, Tableau and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day‑to‑day complex customer problems Good to have Qualifications SAS, Hadoop Hive, Python, R, Unix, Teradata and other statistical software knowledge JIRA, Confluence, product and process flow documentation knowledge Led teams and driven product changes for banking mobile application, payment networks Ability to adapt to emerging analytic tools and solutions into standard operating procedures Knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms like decision trees, regression models and clustering #J-18808-Ljbffr Inizio Partners Corp
