Customer Service/Sales Representative

Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency is seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are interested in becoming a licensed Medicare Insurance Agent, to join our dedicated team. Our ideal candidates are highly motivated professionals who are looking for a career with a stable company that offers opportunities for continued growth.

Industry specific training will be provided and will continue throughout employment with the goal of advancing hard working and motivated individuals into sales positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal

Basic computer skills

A pleasant phone presence

The ability to build rapport with clients

Previous experience in Medicare, Healthcare, Call Center or Insurance is a plus but not required. A Health Insurance License is also a plus, but not required.
