Nevada Licensed Construction Project Manager

To support a financial retail banking client, the full-time Nevada Licensed Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects remotely, ensuring project planning, execution, and documentation meet strategic objectives. Key responsibilities Manage all areas of project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout Work with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and risk identification Direct the project delivery team and track project progress, implementing action plans to mitigate risks Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
