MKR Fabrication , a subsidiary of Palladyne AI (NASDAQ: PYDN), is a heavy fabrication and weld shop with support and assembly capabilities that specializes in manufacturing heavy duty, complex components. Daily Responsibilities

• Read technical drawings to prepare for and plan welds
• Construct base templates
• Put materials together within tolerances and tack weld
• Inspect and test weld results
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Document welds for projects as necessary
• Maintain safe work environment by following safety processes and procedure
• Inspect and ensure equipment functionality and safety before use
• Record production in ERP – JobBOSS2

• Five years of fabrication experience
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Pass AWS tests performed by employee
• Must be able to effectively read blueprints/drawings
• Understand tolerances
• Microsoft Office literate

Preferred Requirements

• Jobboss2 enterprise resource planning system experience
• MIG and TIG experience
• Sub Arc experience
• Aluminum and specialty metals experience

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule

• $22 - $26 per hour starting wage.
• This role is a full-time Monday - Friday position.
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, 401K, as well as several other benefits.
