Licensing & Compliance Training Manager

The Licensing and Compliance Training Manager owns Efinity Mortgage's company, branch, and individual Loan Officer licensing Administration and the Company's compliance training program. The position maintains a complete licensing calendar, coordinates filings and renewals, monitors NMLS and state requirements, supports new-hire and branch onboarding, and ensures that required training is assigned, completed, documented, and examination-ready. This role works closely with Compliance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, branch leadership, and the Executive Office. The manager is expected to anticipate deadlines, identify regulatory or operational risks, communicate issues early, and build repeatable processes that support Efinity's continued growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
