Stein Eriksen Lodge is seeking an experienced Lead Massage Therapist to join our luxury 5‑star spa team. This leadership role combines advanced hands-on expertise with mentoring, guest focus, and operational excellence across three luxury properties, supporting a 25+ provider team and 27 treatment rooms.

The ideal candidate is licensed, with 3–5 years in a luxury setting, brand-aligned with Forbes Five‑Star standards, and capable of guiding others while delivering exceptional guest experiences
