We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage reviews, claims reporting, and account servicing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing personalized support. You'll have the opportunity to expand your insurance knowledge, develop expertise in more advanced lines of coverage, and build a long-term career with a respected agency that values its employees.

  • Base salary of $55,000-$60,000 based on experience
  • Health & dental insurance
  • Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy changes and account servicing requests
  • Conduct policy reviews and answer coverage questions
  • Take and report insurance claims
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products and coverage options
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide prompt, professional, and compassionate customer service
Requirements
  • Active Florida 220 or 440 insurance license required
  • Experience with Applied Epic system
  • Prior insurance industry experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Compassionate and client-focused approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
