What You'll Do:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to diverse patient populations across all ages
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on nutrition strategies for health maintenance and disease management
• Collaborate with medical staff to integrate nutrition into overall care plans
• Track and document patient progress in electronic health records
• Assist in hospital nutrition programs and community outreach efforts

What You Need:

• Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or be eligible to obtain
• At least 1 year of clinical nutrition experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to patient care and continuous learning
