ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2003 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the Army, which shaped my leadership style and commitment to discipline, teamwork, and taking care of the people around me.

I'm a parent of two, and outside the office I stay involved in the community, including serving on the NC USA Wrestling board. Being active locally and supporting youth programs is something I care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jaime Shannon - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
