Per Diem School Nurse (RN)

Per diem school nurse (RN) for a 36-week contract in Las Vegas, Nevada. Earn up to $45 per hour while providing student health assessments, IEP support, and family communication. Make a meaningful impact in a supportive, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and evaluations for students in accordance with state guidelines.
• Conduct 3-year reevaluations and interpret assessment data accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Facilitate communication with families, teachers, and administrators to ensure student needs are met.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Nevada Department of Education endorsement as a School Nurse (RN).
• Active RN license in Nevada.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a School Nurse.
• Familiarity with assessments, re-evaluations, and working with children and families.
• Physical ability to perform assessment duties.
• Background check required.
