About the Role

We are hiring a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to support high-acuity units across ICU and Emergency Department settings. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are adaptable, confident in critical care, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

You will deliver patient-centered care while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
3x12s | 36 hours per week | Full-Time (Permanent)
Float Requirement: ICU & Emergency Department

Type : Full Time/Permanent Direct Hire

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: Starting at $33.15/hr. (based on experience) + Benefits
• Shift Differentials:
• • +$4/hr. (after 7:00 PM)
  • +$0.25/hr. (after 11:00 PM)
  • +$6/hr. Critical Care Differential
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Float between ICU and Emergency Department units based on staffing needs
• Monitor patient status and document clinical progress
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education:

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

Licensure:

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact (Multistate) RN License

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience
• Recent ICU or ER experience required

Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Ability to adapt to multiple units
• Excellent communication and teamwork
