About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team providing high-quality patient care across multiple units in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide care for critical care and high-acuity patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards
  

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year Critical Care experience preferred
• Strong PCU or Med-Surg background considered
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt in a float pool environment
  

Additional Information

• Full-time permanent opportunity
• Night shift position
• Acute care experience preferred
