Registered Nurse / RN Critical Care Float Pool

Join our team as a night shift, part-time, Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. Hospital Overview Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for cancer treatment, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Provide care appropriate to the needs of patients served on each medical surgical unit, including all med‑surg units and rehab. Plan for provision of patient care, develop, modify, and implement the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards and patient care policies and procedures. Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other regulatory and accrediting organizations, including CMS and TJC. Qualifications One to three years of experience. Two-year associate degree. BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
