Field Services Technician II (Onsite – Fort Worth, TX + Travel) About DAS Health DAS Health is a leading healthcare IT managed service provider, delivering innovative technology and support services to healthcare organizations nationwide. We’re currently seeking a Field Services Technician II to support a valued client across multiple senior living communities in Texas. Role Overview This is a full-time onsite role based in Fort Worth, TX, supporting approximately 100+ users across multiple client locations statewide. You’ll act as the primary IT support contact onsite—handling everything from day-to-day troubleshooting to site visits, device deployments, and user support. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and highly comfortable working independently in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple client locations Act as the primary IT presence for the client; proactively engage users and address issues Manage tickets end-to-end, including creation, documentation, and resolution Troubleshoot and support Microsoft environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoints Assist with network troubleshooting (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless) Install, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and networking equipment Support device remediation, onboarding support, and rollout initiatives Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing and asset systems Collaborate with DAS Health team members and vendors as needed Travel & Work Environment Primary location: Fort Worth, TX Travel required across additional sites including: Houston, El Paso, Tyler, Amarillo, Bonham Full-time onsite role Some overnight travel required, especially during onboarding or major projects Some trips may involve consecutive overnight stays Travel frequency may vary (closer sites more frequently, longer-distance sites periodically) Required Experience 2–4 years of IT support, field services, or MSP experience Experience working in a Microsoft environment (Windows, M365) Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, systems, and basic networking Required Technical Skills Working knowledge of networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls) Experience with Windows Server and/or cloud environments (Azure/AWS preferred) Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation practices Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and user devices Required Professional Skills Proactive, confident, and customer-facing personality Comfortable engaging directly with end users—not just responding to tickets Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ Previous MSP experience Experience supporting multi-site environments Military/veteran background with technical experience is a strong plus Additional Expectations Ability to participate in occasional after-hours or on-call support Comfortable managing workload independently across multiple locations Willingness to travel overnight as needed Why Join DAS Health?
