Removal Defense Associate Attorney

Wannamaker Law, PLLC is one of the fastest‑growing law firms in the U.S. We provide bold, compassionate advocacy in immigration law and seek an Associate Attorney to handle critical aspects of removal defense immigration law and general affirmative filings, with experience in court representation and client care. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies for a diverse clientele. Supervise and enhance the legal work product of paralegals and legal assistants. Represent the firm and its clients in court and at USCIS interviews. Maintain rigorous standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Experience JD from an accredited university. Valid license and current membership in the bar of any U.S. state. Legal experience as a licensed attorney. Skills/Abilities Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent research and time management skills. Detail‑oriented. Ability to exercise good judgment. Ability to maintain confidentiality. High level proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
