Temp to Hire Leave Administrator

Leave Administrator Our client, located in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a temp-to-hire Leave Administrator to join their team. This role requires 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on leave administration and employee benefits. The position offers a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office). Duties Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and other leave types) Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries and case management Partner with HR, Benefits, managers, and third-party administrators throughout the leave process Ensure compliance with federal and state leave regulations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance leave administration workflows Support HR initiatives, including systems enhancements and organizational projects Requirements 2–4 years of HR experience with exposure to leave administration and employee benefits. Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and leave management practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR systems and support process improvements.
