Role Overview As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to ensure safety and efficient traffic control. Your Responsibilities Include Setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and dismantling traffic control equipment Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitoring site activity Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment Working outdoors in all weather conditions Performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds Qualifications Include Valid driver’s license Ability to work outside for extended periods and in traffic Flexibility with shift timings, including nights and weekends Willingness to pass drug screening and background checks Commitment to safety and respectful conduct towards others Compensation And Growth Opportunities Hourly pay ranging from $17.65 to $19.50, with overtime and potential increases Paid training and safety certification Benefits such as on-demand pay, PTO, and referral bonuses (eligibility required) Promotion pathways to senior, lead, field supervisor, and managerial roles Equal opportunity employment is provided, encouraging diverse applicants without discrimination based on protected characteristics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
