Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Barber to join our team of talented stylists and barbers. The role requires passion for hair styling, beard trimming, and barbering techniques, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strict sanitation standards. Responsibilities Deliver expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trimming, and grooming consultations. Assist in opening and closing the shop, including clean‑up and towel management. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all stations in compliance with health regulations. Provide expert client consultations. Demonstrate punctual reliability. Lead store operations, manage appointments, and oversee retail sales processes. Multitask efficiently at the front desk while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices. Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques, including straight razors. Exceptional communication skills to connect with clients and team members. Ability to lead store operations and manage appointments. Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to hair care. Multitasking skills at the front desk while delivering excellent customer service. English proficiency. Compensation & Benefits Pay starts at $200.00 per day, depending on skill level, with potential to earn an additional hundred in tips.
