Lead Barber/Barber Manager

Permanent or Developmental Team Lead Job Summary The Lucky Spot Barbershop Team Lead is responsible for guiding, motivating, building and supervising a team of service providers to achieve specific goals and objectives. The lead will ensure the team's work aligns with the company’s goals, manage daily operations, and foster a positive and productive work environment. This position requires professionalism, verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Confidentiality Complete the Daily Checklist Ensure there is cash on hand for the workday and bank deposits Make sure your location is sufficiently staffed daily, support recruiting/hiring procedures Maintain the shop’s daily appearance Manage staff. This includes having hard conversations. Use your lead handbook for reference and to follow the correct process. Ensure supplies are available to operate sufficiently Make sure all logbooks are current and up to date Maintain and oversee day to day operations Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings Attend all developmental and team building activities Required Qualifications Instructor’s license or obtain within the following 12 months to keep position. Attend 8 Truist (work/life balance) classes (remote) MUST work on Saturdays (this is an industry standard) Schedule flexibility (5-6 day work shift) Employed with company for at least 90 days. Developmental opportunity can be less than 90 days. Attend and pass LSB Leadership Training No attendance issues No recent disciplinary actions Must have reliable transportation Desired Qualifications Self-motivated; takes initiative to maintain productivity with minimal oversight Demonstrated ability to build working relationships Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative environment Please note that you must possess all of the required qualifications to be considered for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
