Job Description

Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring for our client in Sturtevant, WI for a Warehouse Team Lead. Company is a packaging product warehouse.

Pay is $25 an hour
Rotating shift- 7pm-7am Job Title: Team Lead – Packaging Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Lead to oversee daily packaging operations within our facility in Sturtevant, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on safety and team development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate daily work activities, including mold changes, equipment setup, and maintenance procedures
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, processes, and personnel to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate documentation related to production, safety, and quality metrics
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational workflows

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields
Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and quality assurance standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Proficiency with relevant computer systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP; familiarity with Raven and Infinity is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with TPM initiatives and equipment maintenance
Previous exposure to mold changes and equipment setup
Background in food safety or GMP environments

Shift and Physical Requirements:

Ability to work rotating shifts from 7 pm to 7 am
Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment
