Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex and multifunctional technical programs, working closely with product, engineering teams, and other stakeholders. This role drives the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of technical programs, from planning to launch
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Define priorities and manage requirements with product and engineering teams
• Plan and track releases and deliverables
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
• Monitor program progress and communicate advancements to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements in program management processes
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business areas
• Support decision-making through analysis and tracking of initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in managing technical programs or similar roles
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management
• Experience using management tools like Jira or similar
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Understanding of technical concepts to collaborate with engineering teams
• Experience in planning and tracking releases
