Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Heavy Equipment Residential Operator to become a part of our team! Must have knowledge of Excavation, Bull Dozer, Loader, Skid Steer with attachments. CDL a plus! Knowledge of screening plant a plus! We are looking for a long term commitment, company oriented person, not afraid of overtime if needed.
Must know how to do every aspect of residential excavation including but not limited to:
- Loam retention and consolidation
- Driveway cuts and establishing grades; Proper grading of yard and driveway, retaining walls , loam and seed
- Foundations including back filling and compaction; Slab Prep
- Perimeter drains , sump wells, utility trenching and back filling, erosion control, septic installations, storm water management including maintenance.
- Inspect trucks before and after use; Communicate need for maintenance or repair.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience required
- Strong work ethic...MUST be a team player
