Details for Production Operators Position:

$18 / Hour
4-Day Work Week!!
Must have a flexible schedule to work 1st and 3rd Shifts; 1st shift will run 5am to 3:30pm and 3rd shift will run 7pm to 5:30am
Train on day shift for 8 weeks then move to 3rd shift
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Production Operators Position:

Support high-speed production and high-performance work systems
Operate, maintain, and clean production equipment and lines per company and CC&S standards
Perform sanitation, housekeeping, and facility upkeep in a dusty environment
Move throughout facility, including confined spaces and elevated areas; climb, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
Handle cleaning-intensive tasks using tools and clamp machinery
Follow verbal instructions accurately
Operate electric forklifts, forklifts, and pallet jacks
Ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of production or sanitation equipment
Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Production Operators Position:

High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing, production, operator, or relevant military experience preferred
PPE required: Steel-toe shoes; plain long-sleeve shirt (blue or black, no logos or writing); hair net and beard net (provided but must be worn)
Ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
Strong commitment to safety
Solid problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
High initiative and attention to detail
Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
