We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day client interactions and order-related activities for a Contract position based in Franklin, Massachusetts. This role is well suited to someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering dependable service. The assignment is expected to last 2 months with potential for extension, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
• Enter customer and order information accurately into company systems to maintain reliable records.
• Process incoming orders from start to finish while ensuring details are complete and timelines are met.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates on requests and order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, share information, and keep service activities moving efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with clients through consistent follow-through and attentive support.
• Handle a mix of phone-based and administrative customer service tasks, including inbound and outbound communication as needed.
• Use technical tools and business systems effectively to manage service requests and document interactions.• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to manage order entry, data input, and related administrative tasks with strong accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on follow-up.
• Comfortable working with internal teams as well as external customers with careful attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience using CRM platforms is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
