Customer Service Rep

About the Role

We are partnering with a growing marketing support company specializing in promotional products, print, direct mail, and fulfillment services. They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support both clients and the sales team.

This is a great temp to hire opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients-handling inquiries, quotes, and product recommendations
Support outside sales with proposals, order management, and follow-ups
Source products from vendors and coordinate pricing and timelines
Manage projects from order through fulfillment, including print and direct mail campaigns
Oversee shipping, inventory, and logistics for client orders
Handle billing, invoices, and CRM updates
Resolve issues and build strong client relationships

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, sales support, or account management
Experience in promotional products, printing, or similar industry a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
