Collections Specialist

Full-time Description $17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Make an impact—while working from home. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Accurately document interactions in our systems Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way) Requirements Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) A reliable, detail-oriented work style Work-From-Home Requirements: Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA Quiet, private workspace High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported Must meet tech requirements before training begins BCA Financial Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels of the organization.
