What You’ll Do:

Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help execute individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals Instruct, motivate, and assist patients during therapeutic activities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant Support patient education and continuation of care at home Required Skills

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Texas PTA license (or ability to obtain) Team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow, especially in vestibular and balance therapy Prefer 1+ year of outpatient experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply—we offer mentorship and hands-on clinical training
