Family Practice - Without OB Physician

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Job Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting
• Types of Cases:
  • Family medicine, walk-in/acute care, chronic disease management, and same-day walk-in patients
  • Patient population: Newborns through Geriatrics
  • Basic procedures include injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care
  • Up to 21 patients per day
  • EMR: Epic.
• Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician, and local healthcare administrator.
• Credentialing: 2-3 weeks

• Board Certified Family Medicine Phyisician
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Licensure:
  • Active Washington State license.
  • Active Washington State DEA
