Assistant General Counsel - Governance & Transactions
GHX
GHX is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to lead corporate governance, transactions, and labor & employment matters in a fast-paced environment. You will draft, negotiate and maintain corporate documents, oversee litigation and outside counsel, and help manage ESG disclosures and programs. The role involves working closely with senior leadership, managing complex governance and transaction matters, and aligning legal strategy with business goals.
