Job Summary
Prepare and review legal documents required to conduct real estate closings under the supervision of a managing attorney.
Prepare final closing statements.
Review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Notarize documents and ensure all required forms are properly completed and legally compliant.
Calculate transaction adjustments and communicate relevant information to the parties involved in the sale.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong service orientation and client-focused approach.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong active listening skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Experience with SoftPro is preferred.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Required Experience: At least 1 year of real estate closing experience.
